We are also interested in methods for testing and investigating new injectors, chambers, or propellants for rocket propulsion systems. Must have the ability to plan, organize, and execute both fundamental and applied research pertaining to the processing and characterization of polymer systems and nanostructured materials. Research will include synthesis and characterization of hybrid organic/inorganic materials and polymers. The candidate should be familiar with, and competent in the use of, common lab equipment used during materials synthesis and characterization. Ability to design and develop synthetic methods for the creation of new materials and polymer systems.
