Grace Resource Center mission is to empower people to thrive with dignity through training, education, food, clothing, shelter, and medical care. It has been serving the Antelope Valley for twenty years. Today, Grace Resource Center (GRC) touches the lives of over 15,000 people each month by meeting real needs with a touch of Grace. The Shelter has 51 beds, 12 family units, and 110 emergency beds and provides breakfast and dinner for over 75 people every day. The annual budget is over $600,000.00, and $432,000 is provided through the grants being rolled over. This means that Grace Resource needs to raise approximately $168,000.00 to keep the resources working and keep providing all the necessary help to Lancaster/Palmdale community.
As a commitment to our local community, ERC RPS group has been supporting Grace Shelter Resource in Lancaster, CA with their Feed the Hungry program for over 3 years. With this cause, ERC personnel collect, cook, and serve meals to the homeless 3 times a year. The best part, of this opportunity is that we have be able to feed over 500 people and more than 30 employees and family members had volunteer in this cause. In addition, RPS group collects kids and woman cloth during the year to provide them additional help to the Helping Families Program.
