Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC), Huntsville, Alabama
Engineering Services and Science Capability Augmentation provides engineering and scientific services in the areas of design, analysis, development, and testing. As a subcontractor to Jacobs Technology Inc., our personnel provide engineers, scientists, and engineering technicians, primarily in support of the NASA MSFC Engineering Directorate, in the areas of propulsion, materials and processing, vehicles, and testing to support the development of space transportation and propulsion systems to lead America to human exploration in deep space. Our engineers and technicians are heavily involved in the building of America’s next human-rated flagship, the Space Launch System (SLS). Our engineers and engineering technicians are involved in all aspects of design (mechanical and electrical), analysis, and testing of various engineering systems from ground support equipment, transport equipment, and testing equipment, to space flight components ranging from the SLS to experiment gloveboxes for the International Space Station. Our computer scientists and engineers are major contributors to the software development (both simulation and flight control) of the SLS. Our engineers are engaged in the MSFC team from element to project levels for the SLS and in state-of-the-art manufacturing processes such as Additive Manufacturing and Friction Stir Welding. Our personnel also provide services and skills in engineering and science disciplines for the purposes of design, analysis, development, and testing applicable to a broad spectrum of engineering applications.

Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions supports the Missile Defense Agency’s Missile Defense Integration and Operations Center (MDIOC) in Colorado Springs, CO and Huntsville, AL by providing integrated solutions supporting concurrent test, training, and operations. As a subcontractor to Jacobs Technology Inc., our personnel provide expertise in network operations and security; cyber security; software development, operations, and maintenance; system administration; server administration; information technology project management; and virtualization engineering.

JSC Engineering Technology and Science provides space systems-centric engineering, science, operations, and maintenance services at NASA JSC. As a subcontractor to Jacobs Technology Inc., our personnel provide expertise in safety and mission assurance; astromaterials research and exploration sciences; and facilities and test.

Marshall Engineering Technicians and Trades Support provides professional and management oversight of the technical staff supporting the NASA MSFC Engineering Directorate, Facilities Management Office, and other MSFC Programs and Projects. Our employees perform a wide range of engineering technician and trade skills including: advanced manufacturing, precision machining, and fabrication/assembly of advanced spaceflight hardware; electrical fabrication/assembly and modification; sampling and chemical analysis of gaseous and liquid propellant/pressurant commodities; material research and development; structural strength testing and evaluation, structural dynamics testing and evaluation; aerodynamic research and development testing; environmental fluid dynamics testing; vacuum chamber testing; aero-thermal testing; full-scale and sub-scale propulsion testing; operation/maintenance of MSFC's Propellants/Pressurants Delivery Systems facilities; servicing, maintenance, and repair of valves and components; calibration and metrology services; fabrication, assembly, and integration of structural steel special test equipment; fabrication, assembly, and installation of pressure piping; carpentry services; surface treatment, metal finishing, and application of protective coatings; and data acquisition and analysis.
Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), Edwards Air Force Base, California
Research in Propulsion Sciences III provides on-site research and development to the AFRL across a wide spectrum of propulsion-related areas. These areas include propellant development and support, chemical/material sciences, aerophysics, electric/satellite propulsion, and advanced propulsion concepts. Our employees conduct cutting-edge research and development on high performance, efficient combustion devices for rocket propulsion systems; new propellants and materials technology for application to military space, space launch, and missile systems; and promising advanced spacecraft propulsion concepts for future Air Force operations.
Redstone Test Center, Redstone Arsenal, AL
RTC Wide Engineering and Support Services provides engineering and test support services across all of the RTC’s test directorates and divisions to include the Aviation Flight Test Directorate, Missiles and Sensors Test Directorate, Environmental and Component Test Directorate, and Test Program Integration Directorate. Our expertise ranges from component climatic testing to complete system flight test with personnel specializing in flight test of manned and unmanned aircraft, missile test instrumentation, engineering, and range operations; electromagnetic, component, and surveillance testing; subsystem testing; dynamic testing; climatic testing; and support to conduct each service.
Eglin Air Force Base, Fort Walton Beach, FL
SEEK EAGLE Modeling, Analysis, and Tools Support 2 provides project management, engineering analysis/test, information management, and software development across the US Air Force SEEK EAGLE Office. The contract requires the provision of labor to support nearly all aspects of Store Certification with expertise in software development, project management, information technology, electromagnetics, ordnance handling, dynamic separation analysis, flutter, loads, computer aided design, stability and control, computerized physical fit, mass property measurement, and computational fluid dynamics. Our personnel support all aspects of aircraft/store certification including modeling and simulation, engineering analysis, project management, ground tests, flight tests, and mission planning software development and delivery.
White Sands Test Facility (WSTF), Las Cruces, New Mexico
Test and Evaluation Support Team 2 provides expertise and infrastructure to the WSTF in the following areas: propulsion system testing; materials and components testing; hypervelocity impact testing; critical flight hardware processing and refurbishment; composite pressure systems testing and analysis; operation and maintenance of on-site laboratories and facilities; and emergency services. ERC is a subcontractor to Jacobs Technology Inc. for execution of the TEST 2 contract.
Redstone Arsenal, Alabama
Technical and Engineering Support for Propulsion and Structures Technology provides engineering and technical support in the areas of propellant formulation, development, and testing; rocket motor design, development, and testing; and demilitarization of obsolete or expended ordinances for the US Army Aviation and Missile Research Development Engineering Center (AMRDEC). Our personnel provide expertise in propellants; motor testing; nondestructive testing; rocket motor assembly; machining; stockpile reliability; facility and range safety; and facility planning and upgrades.
Kennedy Space Center, Florida
Test and Operations Support Contract is responsible for the overall management and implementation of ground systems capabilities, flight hardware processing, and launch and landing operations. Specific services provided include launch vehicle, spacecraft, and payload integration and processing; operations and development of associated processes for ground systems to support integration, processing, launch, and landing; servicing and testing of flight hardware; and launch of development and operational flights. As a subcontractor to Jacobs Technology Inc., our personnel provide expertise in systems, mechanical, electrical, software, and quality engineering; project management; configuration management; inspections and safety; logistics and inventory; resource management; purchasing; and facilities maintenance expertise.
