I cannot explain in words how amazing the last 4 years have been working at ERC. The way that everyone is treated like family and cares for one another is something I will hold onto and is a trait I will try to keep no matter where my future leads.
It is with a heavy heart that I have made the decision to leave ERC and pursue an opportunity that my wife, Jill, and I think is best for our family. This by far has been one of the most difficult decisions that Jill and I have had to make. During my process of deciding on whether I should pursue this opportunity I have kept Kenny and Ernie fully aware of what was going on and they were nothing but supportive in laying out both the pros and cons of deciding to leave or not. Their main goal was making sure I made the best decision for my family, which I bet a lot of companies do not do. I could not ask for better bosses, friends, and what I consider family to work with.
I am leaving for a Project Management position with a company called Haufe who provides HR software to companies around the world. My last day will be Friday October 2nd 2015.
I do truly love this company and hope/know that ERC will grow and be a game changer in the industry. I will be available to help anyone who needs it not only as I transition out, but anytime after I leave. Should you ever have any questions do not hesitate to contact me. In the mean time I am going to have Michele Armstrong keep the blog going as ERC backfills my position, so don’t stop sending in articles about the great things you all do at work and outside of work!
I wish you all the best!
